- DOT Physical will take approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour
- Drug Screening done upon request
- CPAP compliance report completed if required.
The physical will include:
- Vision Test - must have 20/40 acuity in each eye with or without correction. (please bring glasses or contacts if needed)
- Hearing Test - must be able to perceive what is known as a forced whisper. (please bring hearing aids if needed)
- Blood Pressure/Heart Rate - drivers with a heart related issue must bring a letter from their primary/cardiologist that outlines medical history and current medications.
- Diabetics will need to bring lab results with A1C and blood sugar logs.
- Urinalysis
